Vibrant Health Company was founded in 2015 by Dr. Traci Baxendale Ball to support individuals in achieving optimal physical and mental health through compassionate, trauma-specific care. As a small, specialized private practice, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualized support from your first point of contact through completion of care.
What makes Vibrant Health unique is our focus on deeply personalized, integrative treatment. We welcome gender- and sexuality-diverse people and all bodies. We offer three specialty programs—Trauma Solutions, Mindful Mates, and Body Psychotherapy —integrating Tai Chi, Qigong, and other movement-based practices, each designed to support healing at both the emotional and physical levels. Our programs are recognized internationally and reflect our dedication to thoughtful, effective care that meets you where you are.
