Full recovery and living to your potential involve body-based interventions because trauma negatively affects your physical self. Healing through moving your body is called somatic bodywork. All clients in the trauma solutions program are encouraged to do bodywork to heal. Traci’s lifestyle embodies her theoretical principles. She practices clean and sober living, outdoor recreation, and a whole-food, plant-based, vegan lifestyle that utilizes food as medicine. Recognizing the cellular changes that result from chronic trauma, she calls survivors to action to move as well. She created VIBE Dance Fitness as a way to move soulfully to music. She also founded the Tai Chi for Trauma series.
